5/5 Excellent

They had me at donkeys!
I was looking for a place for my husband, our adult son, girlfriend and daughter to stay for the night near Malibu. I enjoy unique experiences so, when I ran across this tipi AND it had donkeys to pet........sold! The roping calf, giant jenga, cornhole and archery were fab and fun bonuses. We tried them all! The views were beautiful. The tipi was comfy, cozy and quite. The coffee, pastries and berries that Tate brought down in the morning were delightful, as was Tate himself. And his daughter and dog. (We didn't get to meet Andrea as she was out of town however, she was SO sweet and accommodating throughout the reservation process.) Do yourself a favor and experience their tipi!!!!

Great getaway
My wife, daughter and I wanted to getaway for a day and came across this place. The tipi drew us in, but once we got there, the atmosphere and hospitality were just as great. We live relatively close for it being a getaway, but the setup made us feel like we were a hundred miles from home, in a good way. It was like camping, but with the bonus of hanging out with donkeys, shooting arrows, watching a movie in the tipi, and watching out daughter ride a power wheels car for hours. The complimentary wine and breakfast were a nice touch too.
