"A quaint, whimsical getaway. Beautiful land and a cozy little fire"

"clean property, easy to find, and comfy atmosphere"

"The check in process was awful - the host never provided the door code so we couldn't get into the property. Had to cancel the reservation and find an alternative lodging at the last minute. The next day the host didn't admit their mistake, didn't apologize and was rude about the whole incident. Terrible experience overall, don't stay at this property."

"This place was so perfect for our family! We were there for my brother’s wedding and stayed for a week. Such a perfect setting for everyone to enjoy!"

"I had a great stay, Doug and Cathy are wonderful hosts. The only drawback for Toad Hill is the bathroom may be uncomfortable for large guests, it's pretty tight quarters in there. Other than that, I really enjoyed the views, and the breezeway and patio. It's convenient to things in Knoxville, Alcoa, Northshore and the airport."

"Convenient location and friendly staff made our stay pleasant."

"Breakfast was outstanding"

"nice clean place to stay. If I am in the area again will definitely stay again."

"Very friendly staff. Erica went above and beyond to address an issue we had and made the experience great."

"Plane left early, no grab n go breakfast so we try not to stay here"
