The Space:
Welcome to the Neighborhood! Our charming house has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and an open layout. Our home is clean and very well maintained offering lots of natural light and new neutral paint throughout. Additional highlights include: a dream kitchen with an island and breakfast bar featuring a gas/convection stove, an updated bathroom and new second bathroom upstairs, huge picture window in living room, long and double wide driveway, large level fenced yard for games and privacy, and large covered deck for enjoyment in rain or shine!

The first floor has a great open floor plan that allows family and friends to enjoy themselves from the kitchen, dining room, or living room. These three rooms are all open to each other so the entertainment doesn't have to be stopped by a solid wall. The first floor also has one full bathroom, washer and dryer, and two bedrooms each with a queen bed.

The 2nd floor has a full bathroom and two bedrooms. The bedroom to the left has a desk, recliner, and king sized bed. The bedroom to the right is cozy with a queen bed.

Enjoy the back yard and huge covered deck! The back deck is right off the kitchen and includes a seating area and an electric grill.

We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply listens to the noise level (measured in decibels).

Guest Access:
This property has a strict policy against noise after 10 PM nightly. It is important to us that we are good neighbors and a compliment to the community.

Our city thrives on Uber and Lyft. If you don't already have the apps, download them and find a driver within minutes!

Other Things to Note:
You will be renting an entire house. Unlike a hotel, no one is on-site 24/7. If problems arise, we do our best to take action ASAP. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you need anything at all.

Our kitchens are well-equipped to prepare meals and feature all cookware and dining utensils. Basics, such as salt, pepper, and oil, are often on-site. However, we are not always made aware when the last of these items are used. Please check the space before going to the grocery to ensure you have all items necessary for meal preparation.

You will have the entire house to yourselves during your stay. Behind the house is a small tiny house where tenants live full time. They are private and will not hinder your stay whatsoever. The only time you may see them is when they enter through the back gate to get to their home. The owners dive a Green Honda Civic. Also, the owners will now be parking in the driveway on the side farthest from the house. They’re no longer going to park in the street. Still PLENTY of parking for guests as this driveway is very large. If you see them, feel free to say hello!

Really pleased with cleanliness of property. Only experienced trouble due to steps.
Not ADA friendly. Steps had no handrail. Low couches. But really great spot. Near everything you need. Few problems- reported these to management. Confident they will fix

A perfect suburban retreat :)
Our family stayed here to safely gather with a small group of our loved ones this holiday season after a difficult 2020. This house was everything we needed it to be. The kitchen was well stocked with knives, cutting boards, skillets, pots, pans, a couple different corkscrews and a can opener. :) Everything you needed to fix a full family meal was available. The open floor plan made social distancing for meals easy (one family could eat at the Bar six feet away and still interact with everyone). I'm sure it's in the house description and I just glossed over it without realizing, but there is a keurig but NOT a traditional coffee maker, so bring k cups :) or, if you failed to do that, like me, Starbucks and Heine Brothers coffee are just a block over from the home. We stayed in the upstairs bedrooms which met our needs very well. There is a door that closes at the top of the stairs, as well as a baby gate that can pull at the bottom if your little ones tend to pop in and out of their rooms past bedtime ;) ) All in all a great little property, totally met our expectations, and the homeowner was really responsible when a had a question via text. Thanks so much for making your home available to us!
