"Lovely villa in location not far from beach"

"This is a lovely villa set all on one level which is ideal for families. Lovely outside space with pool, nice size rooms, comfy beds and brilliant location. Short stroll from resort reception, Praca, beach. Less than 5 mins from tennis centre. We will certainly be booking again. Philippa the owner could not have been more helpful with my various annoying questions and issues with the App (tip - use a PC not your mobile)."

"Really nice volla, thr hist was great and always replied to any queries veey fast. The outside area was lovely and spacious but it could do with some more umbrellas for shade. Nice area to stay and and lits of space inside. A few small upgrades would improve the villa, such as more comfortable pillows and extra shade in the garden. But they really arent big problem's and we had a lovely stay. Thank you to our host!"

"Pictures don’t do the villa justice. Lovely and comfortable, very clean. Communication with Don prior to and whilst staying was very quick. The villa has a new kitchen which was amazing so much so that I want a new kitchen! Would love to stay again but already booked up for next year."

"Property was still being prepared 2hours late Property was non smoking but stank of smoke (previous guests?, cleaners?) Pool was full of flies so had to clean myself. Marble surface in the kitchen was cracked and we were told no to use it, so didn’t have a functioning kitchen for the visit. Only bedding was a thin blanket or a stained duvet without a cover so had to but our own bedding on arrival. The smaller items we would expect weren’t provided such as mirrors in bedroom, or dishcloths in...

"Villa location was ideal for the golf, the “old village” and was presented clean and tidy. However the pool furniture was old and mis matched. Air conditioning was effective and simple. Could do with updating."

Wir waren insgesamt 7 Personen und können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Paulo war hervorragend. "Beautiful, clean, roomy, cool (air-con) villa with amazing pool area - a home from home with everything you need. A shirt walk to the shop/bar/restaurants. "My family and I stayed at Kate’s house for over a month in the Easter holidays. The home was perfect for us, all the modern amenities you need, very spacious, nice bedrooms and bathrooms, and great for families, especially ours with our toddlers. The pool area has sun all day. Very close drive to beach, restaurants, shopping, and water park. Can’t recommend it enough! We loved it. Will be back x"

"Booked a studio apartment last minute for 3 nights. Smart hotel, good security. Very friendly staff. Lovely pools as well as an indoor pool. Comfortable outdoor area. Spacious well equipped room, we did end up in a disabled room despite full fitness! Did feel if you were disabled there was only a shower over the bath which was quite high to get into, not a problem for us though. Had a nice meal in the lovely restaurant. Good parking. "
