Durante la estadía preferí no pedir cambio de habitación porque el hotel estaba muy lleno y temía perder la habitación con vista al agua que había elegido. Considerando que pagamos alrededor de 600 dólares por una noche, uno espera que todos los detalles funcionen correctamente. Ojalá puedan revisar este tipo de situaciones para que la experiencia esté realmente a la altura del lugar y del precio."
