We booked a villa for 4 weeks and when we got there, the hotel did not have our reservation because the owner of the timeshare never notified them. The property is in serious need of upgrades, repairs, a fresh coat of paint. Typical of older time share projects, just neglected. Location was great, this place would have been excellent 25 years ago.

Property was right on the beautiful water. However, when we arrived, they did not have our reservation. Also the cab driver, nor anyone else, had no idea where this property was located. If the name of the place, Sapphire Beach Club, had been used it would have been MUCH easier to find. The A/C was not working when we arrived. Will not be returning.
