I cannot wait to get back

Pros: Rooms, grounds, staff, and activities on offer were excellent.
Cons: You will be approached for some of the out of pocket activities, but it is not aggressive.
Location: Swimming with the dolphins, shopping, horse riding, ATV and Dune Buggy tours, Estate visits, rafting and tubing, and zip lining.
Great hotel with lots to do for everyone. Plenty of activities on-site, but numerous excursions were available to accommodate all tastes. The hotel is conveniently situated between Montego Bay and Negril. The staff were polite, engaging, and approachable. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. There were lots of good food choices. Overall, excellent place to visit, relax, and have fun.

Great hotel with great staff.

It was my first time in Jamaica with my wife. We had an absolute blast and would gladly stay at the Grand Palladium again. I have to give a shout out to Angeline, Latonia, Marcie, and the bartenders at the sports bar.

Stay was great, music was amazing. Room was so perfect. Stayed in a Bungalow by The ocean. Had some trouble getting mini fridge in room restocked but other than that no complaints. I would definitely re-visit.

Pros: It had a lot of events planned for every taste.
Location: Very isolated. Traveling to Montego Bay or Negril took over an hour.
It was fine. Had initially a reservation at a different facility that didn't happen. I was traveling with my sister and had asked for a room with double beds. Because the original facilitate wasn't available, we were given a "comparable" resort. This resort placed us in the honeymoon suite with one king bed. It is fortunate that I like my sister because we had to share that bed. This was an Expedia problem and not the hotel's problem.

Horrible customer service.

Horrible experience. Bad service everywhere we went. Food okay not many options. Leak/damange in main lobby for days. Only good thing was the live entertainment at night. Way too many things negative to list.

Jam-awful - DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Pros: You could hire a taxi for the day and get away from the hotel.
Cons: Everything could be improved.
Location: You need to leave the resort to be able to even enjoy any part of your stay!
This is the worse hotel I have stayed in, in my life - I would strongly advise anyone against staying here. All-inclusive means nothing - my family could not eat and all got ill. The service was terrible. The alcohol was watered down, the internet did not work, you could not use the resort credit, there was no water in the room for 3 days so we could not even shower or brush our teeth. The refrigerator was not replenished each day. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

Exactly what we needed

We stayed at GP Lady Hamilton and it was great. Resort itself is easy to navigate around. Resort has WiFi but it's very choppy and cuts in and out. Pool was great, largest pool in Jamaica. The beach however is subpar. It felt more like a lake than a beach. Each night we went to the Lady Hamilton Theater to watch their shows. Great time and performances. Beats the typical Michael Jackson impersonation. One annoying thing was the sales team constantly asking about us getting our "Welcome Gift" which we heard thru the grapevine was more of a sales bunch to enroll in membership services for travel in the future to GP and other resorts. Overall the resort met our expectations. Quiet, clean, typical resort food/buffet.

Nice getaway outside of the hustle and bustle

We stayed in the bungalows and it was amazing. outside shower, jetted tub in the room, private patio steps from the beach. Loved it. was perfect for a baecation..Didnt love the food from room service but the restaurants otherwise were good.

Last minute get away...success!!!

Pros: Everything.
Cons: The patio door was hard to open, maybe needed some WD-40.
Location: The location had all the activities we wanted kayaking, snorkeling, swam in the ocean, watched shows, 5-star dining, but there are tours from there.
We absolutely loved everything about this hotel, the location, service and food. Everything was just as described. We had no problems with our rooms or getting what we needed. We were right on the beach and it must be winding down from peak season because it was not very crowded. I would definitely recommend this hotel/property. We stayed on the Lady Hamilton side in a honeymoon suite, totally worth the extra money (a whooping $67 more per night) to have a private balcony pretty much on the beach, unique outdoor shower, huge hot tub, and spacious room. The minibar was stocked when we arrived and refilled daily. We went for a last minute birthday celebration and this trip surpassed our expectations. We didn't even leave the resort, it had everything we wanted. The Friday night Jamaican theme show was my favorite, simply amazing!
