“The place was very clean. Location was perfect with small travel distance to downtown features. ”

“Booked this duplex to accommodate a few friends, my partner, and a family member the week of a special event. The 2 units of the duplex are connected by a utility/laundry room. The doors to each unit can be locked to prevent access from the utility room, if you wish. Each side has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and living room with TV and streaming services. One side has TVs in bedrooms and the other does not. But the side without the TVs in bedrooms has more updated……

“The unit is unique! It was very comfortable! The walls are very thin, so if you're a light sleeper, probably not for you! But, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Detroit! Location is great, just a few minutes drive from downtown Detroit!”

“The apartment was good - clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The area is a little run down but felt safe throughout the day and night. Only issue was that the owner was not pleased that I plugged my car into a regular outlet for charging. Never had an issue with this anywhere else, and it is not a safety hazard which the owner is claiming. He charged a fee for ‘breaking the rules’ even though there was nothing said about how electrical outlets could/should be used up front. ”
