Jacuzzi was great out under the end-to-end terrace with Barbeque, tables, lounge chairs, all facing the large back yard to the Lake. Indoors accomodation is large with two on Suite Master rooms. Loft is large with two King size beds"

"My daughter is preparing to relocate to Athens for graduate school and we needed to stay a few days to find an apartment and acclimate her to the city. This little spot was just perfect. The home was spacious and clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked and my daughter and I enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine in the evening on the front porch. And you can't beat the location - close to everything and private parking. The owners were responsive and addressed a minor issue promptly....

"House is beautiful and perfectly set up for a family to enjoy the house, pool, and lake. Owners were very responsive with any questions and recommendations. I only wish the house came with a few more amenities (hair dryer, iron, some basic pantry items (salt, pepper, spices, oil, etc.) for cooking. Only other critique is that the outside areas (deck, patio, etc.) could use a good power wash and extermination service. Lots of spider webs, ants, etc."

"This house was perfect for my family of 14! The house was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools, and we loved that there were 2 kitchens! Plenty of games and activities to keep the kids entertained and two great porches to hang out on. Loved this house and had great communication with the property manager. Definitely recommend!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this home. We were in town for my daughter's graduation from the University of Georgia, and it was so nice to have a home to hang out in rather than being in hotel rooms. We were comfortable and able to spread out. Also, it is far enough out in the country to be quiet and away from the busyness of Athens, but you can be downtown in 15 minutes. Douglas was easy to get a hold of and quick to answer any questions. He is an excellent host, and I would highly...

"Everything was perfect. Beautiful and well stocked home with plenty of space to spread out. Great outdoor space to enjoy the golf and trees, close to the club house and a great park for the kids.
