Walking distance to everything we needed and also a bus stop 1 minute walk. 15 Minute bus trip into the city which is so much more convenient than having to take the ferry. "I love the location of this property: make sure you pick a harbour view room - well worth it. Excellent breakfast offering and friendly staff. While the property has been around for many years, it is clean, well presented and largely renovated. Would be even better with a comfy chair in the vacant corner of the room! Disappointments: railway is noisy; no terrestrial tv in room - you need to access your Australian freeview accounts - stupid...and never seen this before anywhere. But I'll still be back"

"The staff here were amazing. Every member of staff we met or spoke to were excellent, friendly and helpful. In particular, I’d like to highlight Joanne and Roman in the Club Lounge for their excellent service.
We had a suite with a balcony which was excellent, comfortable and very well equipped. The view over Darling Harbour was fantastic. The hotel put an extra bed in for my son in advance. The bathroom was huge - with two sinks, a large bath and a separate walk-in shower. It was cleaned daily and restocked with still water. There was a Nespresso coffee machine, a fridge with mini bar, a safe, an iron & ironing board and plenty of towels and toiletries.
The hotel is right next to a main road and so there is some extra noise when you open the door to the balcony, but no more than you expect from any city centre hotel. The location is perfect for walking to all the main sights and attractions, but taxis or Ubers are always available out front.

"We stayed in the 3 bedroom home, it was cosy and character filled. Decorated tastefully, felt like a second home with little quirks. Check in was easy, resident cat is gorgeous. Super close to the beach, walkable to shopping and ferries. Parking was great and secure. We can’t wait to visit again. "
"I liked the proximity to Manley beach, restaurants and shopping. There is a lots of storage in the rooms and closet space. It was bright and roomy. There is an iron and small ironing board and hairdryer. The apartment could have been cleaned better. There is a lot of wear and tear on the furniture and the sofa in the living room was stained. The place didn't feel homey. There is no vacuum cleaner or cleaning supplies so we had to buy some. We stayed for two weeks. Information on cooling and heating the entire place should be provided in the description of the property. The washroom was small. "
"Stayed in Sydney for 9 days and this was perfectly located. Bus to Manly was 200yds and the Metro into the city was 200yds in the other direction with about 4:5 stops to Central Station. The staff were really friendly and helpful, room serviced daily with a nice walk-in shower and the communal breakfast room was ideal for us plus there was a lovely cafe about 100 yds away if you fancied something a bit more like Eggs Benedict. The food in the bar downstairs was also good and had a beautifully cooked cannon of lamb at a very good price. Would definitely stay here again."
