"What a beautiful alternative to the $550/pr night at the Renaissance or Graduate. Check in and entry were flawless, Kevin was responsive and allowed us access early as my son had an exam and not available until 5pm. We walked to PC when the sun came out which was great. Next time I would get a rental car (due to Ubers availably) as we are learning the area and like to explore. Beautiful space!"

Only 1 wash towel, had to beg for additional towels, no bath soap, bathroom door did not close, notified owner but no fix. Coffee maker on last leg. We have rented many homes and have never been disappointed so this is the first."

"Everything was fine and clean, except after walking around barefoot the first evening, the otherwise white soles of my feet were brown. A deep cleaning of the floors is likely in order. They certainly looked clean and there was no debris. That being said, we would definitely stay there again!"

"Off street private gated parking downtown that is walking distance to everything we were doing. The home is a cool two story home in a large building with a private entrance and parking. The kitchen is well equipped and the family room is comfortable and well decorated."

"This was newer remodeled in an older neighborhood. This is a very basic VBRO, not a luxury for the amenities provided. I am not familiar with the area but it was convenient with some nice restaurants in the vicinity. They did a good job, its nice, but not complete when we stayed. Property manager was prompt in assisting."

"Owner very nice, accomodating checked on us by text and saw him occasionally in the neighborhood but never intrusive. Space is comfortable with great view of DePasquale Plaza. Lots of activity and an easy walk to downtown library RISD museum, waterfire and VanGogh Exhibit as well as many very good restaurants and music on the hill."

"The location was close to lots of activities but far enough away to make parking possible. The home could be better appointed with glassware, dishes etc. It was clean enough."

"We walked around the harbor a bit before finding the boat. Glad the hosts were so responsive! The boat is outfitted with everything you need. Bathroom is tiny but entirely functional (instructions for toilet and shower could be included with the check-in information in the future, to have it up front). Beds are delightfully cozy. The dishes were caked with food residue. The code for entry never worked and every time we left the house we had to be let in remotely.
