After exploring the Sassi and nearby trails like Parco della Murgia Materana, you'll find plenty of dining options to suit every taste. For refined regional cuisine, San Biagio Ristorante serves up traditional flavors in an elegant setting. If you're craving something creative, Sottofondo Gustoteca offers inventive dishes and a stylish vibe. Burro Salato Bistrot Crepes Et Galettes is a local favorite for vegetarian-friendly crepes and galettes, while Kapunto delivers fresh pasta in a casual, modern space. Bollicine Bistrot, located near Sasso Caveoso, pairs great food with a warm atmosphere and scenic views. For a taste of Lucanian tradition, Tipico Lucano Bistrot offers hearty local fare in a relaxed setting. Ristorante Francesca, nestled in the Sassi, is known for its cave-like ambiance and authentic dishes.
