Damage to good old memories
The unit we were allocated was extremely dirty. The fridge was not connected and old blood were dripping on the floor. The outside roof area were damaged and hanging loose. The smell in the unit was bad. The overall impression of the unit was a dark, smelly, old unit. We were then allocated a better unit which was obviously upgraded. The unit had a comfortable lounge area and modern bathroom. The bedding however comes from the 1980's when I visited Swadini before. We were also looking forward to swimming it the heated pool. This was unfortunately being repaired which I can understand but this should have been mentioned. The road outside the resort going to the dam wall is non existing. Overall this was an experience that damaged my memories of a once perfect resort. A complete waste of time and money.

We had a lovely stay, the staff are friendly & they keep the units spotlessly clean. The tar road leading up to Blyde river canyon has been left to disintigrate, We were very disappointed as this is tourist attraction & people that drive ordinary cars won't be able to view the dam view

From the reception to the rooms nothing was below standard. That was the best experience ever,best service,cleanliness and the most delicious food. Efficiency just to name a few,but that was my best family holiday destination... keep up the great work💞💞💞💞
