I booked my stay through my Amex acct and paid in advance. The process was easy and picking up my room key was a pleasure. The front desk rep was very pleasant and supportive, and the hotel associates were pretty accommodating. What I enjoyed most was peace and quiet, which was a surprise since its location is close to a freeway. Also, a section of the hotel was under renovation at the time, however, it didn’t affect me in any way. My room was clean, breakfast was as expected and the price was reasonable. So I extended my stay. 👍
