"Definitivamente amamos estar hospedados en el Riu Palace Riviera Maya. Nuestras expectativas de viajar a México eran muy altas y sin lugar a dudas las superaron todas. No queríamos salir del hotel, lo hicimos porque hay lugares que son obligatorios conocer en la Riviera Maya, pero estábamos muy felices en el hotel las 24 horas. Comenzando por las personas que nos atendieron, los mexicanos se llevaron nuestro corazón y cada persona del hotel nos dio un trato excelente. Estábamos sorprendidos de la limpieza del hotel, todo estaba impecable y el cuerpo lo dejaban hermoso cada mañana. Nunca imaginamos que hubieran tantas actividades en el hotel proporcionadas por the other services team, con cada una de ellas nos divertimos, nos reímos, bailamos, jugamos, conocimos personas de casi todo el mundo al compartir con ellos gracias a estas actividades. El hotel se preocupó por cada detalle de nuestra estadía, la recepción al darse cuenta que estaba de cumpleaños me decoraron la habitación y me dejaron una felicitación escrita con un detalle, luego los meseros del restaurante japonés me trataron espectacular y me llevaron un pastel hermoso y me cantaron las mañanitas, no pude pasar un mejor cumpleaños!! Y por último algo súper importante, la comida estaba deliciosa, toda la comida nos encantó, hay mucha variedad de restaurantes y se les nota el esfuerzo para que todo tenga un sabor delicioso. Quedamos enamorados de México y muy agradecidos con el hotel. Sin lugar a dudas, volveremos!"

"Food and drinks were good. I wish there was more drinks on menus. Room service burgers were not that great, mushroom burgers, and burgers were not good. Wish the desserts were more sweet and savory. Wanted desserts but they weren't as sweet so we always ended not finishing it and it seemed like it wasted a lot and we felt bad. Everything else was good, we loved the services and the people there and because of that I would definitely come back and bring my kids! Later pool times would be nice also for adults too! "The hospitality you receive from the moment you are dropped off to the moment you depart is unbelievable. The food is amazing with five different locations that you can choose to eat at. To 4 different pools to enjoy and 2 kids pool for the little ones. Daily activities and events for the entire family to enjoy. Everything was amazing. A place which we will definitely revisit."

"Overall everything was great. Excellent food and drinks. Entertainment was nice, loved the fire dancers. Small issue with ants in our bathroom, someone did come spray immediately. The last night the shuttle was supposed to pick us up from Kobo. Another couple, my husband and I waited for a long time and no one came so we had to walk back. It was not a major because it was a nice night. We were asked to do a consultation with the resort to learn more about being members. We were promised it was only going to be 90 minutes including breakfast. We were there going on 3 hours when I finally told our very nice host I needed to go. "

"This place is amazing! Perfect for families or people looking for quiet relaxing time. Housekeeping cleans rooms twice a day (my son loved the toy they left every evening when returned from dinner), pools are quiet and friendly, staff are very charming and helpful. Transportation from and to the airport are very comfy, resort is not far from the airport. The resort feels contained and you don’t have to walk a lot. "
