“This property is a gem for sure. The suite was a good size with separate living, bathroom and bedroom areas. Very nice stay and comfortable bed! There is no on site staff, they text you the room code. That was nice too.”

“Nice, spacious room with good amenities. Check in is by texted code as the hotel consists of a few rooms on the 3rd floor of Pioneer Condos, so there were no interactions with staff and no daily housekeeping, which was absolutely not a problem for our short stay. Location in downtown is very quiet, but there is a restaurant in the building, a brewery in the building, and an excellent coffee shop (Nashwell) across the street. Parking was easy as was getting around Lubbock. ”

“Noise level was loud due to interstate, breakfast consisted of muffins and coffee. Was charged double rates due to graduation, disappointment, family should be able to enjoy their child graduating not worry about if they can afford the stay to see their accomplishments.”

“I just left this Hotel, I cannot stay there after my long driving. The room is much different and awful than the pictures those display in Expedia App, also including some smelling, a kind of moldy air.”

“The room had dead and live roaches on arrival. There was one towel and no extras available. There was no trash can nor bags. No toilet paper in the room. Only one working lightbulb and no extras to spare. Clerk was on her phone with her boyfriend while I checked in. Room smelled like strong cigarette smell and it even made my scrubs smell for work, worst stay ever in my life.”

“The elevator did not work. All ice machines were broken, no ice was available. The building was run down and NOT in the condition shown online. Even the fountain in front was dry and shut down. Due to a name change, my Expedia reservation could not be found. I had to spend almost an hour trying to get Expedia to communicate with the hotel and find my booking (even though the confirmation had both the old and new hotel name.) Ultimately, did not enjoy this stay!”
