SITUATION : Situated on the 1st floor in a residence in HAMEAU DES PISTES, on Rochebrune ski slopes, 6km away from the city centre, access by the Mont d'Arbois.  
  
EXPOSURE : West - Balcony.  
  
COMPOSITION : Lovely studio, for 4 people, around 35sqm.

\- open kitchen with ceramic plates, combination microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher,  
\- living room with dining area, two 80cm day beds and a 140cm sofa bed separated by a curtain.
