The main living area with high ceilings and light voids, overlooks the solar-heated pool through floor-to-ceiling windows and exudes welcome and warmth with a fireplace ideal for all seasons. The light filled kitchen and dining area with a second open fireplace connect seamlessly to separate alfresco terraces designed for effortless entertaining, with the northern deck capturing the bay views and southern facing deck enjoying vistas over the sand dunes. These idyllic panoramas continue upstairs to the main suite, encompassing an ensuite, walk-in robe, living zone and waterfront balcony. A further four bedrooms, plus a study complete the accommodation with two additional bathrooms and a teenage retreat. All three bathrooms offer dual vanities and cover all three levels for extended family stays, there is also a small bath downstairs for the little ones.
