Bright and beautiful
We only stayed one night here but would have loved to stay longer. The apartment was bright, sunny and fresh and so close to the old centre of Melnik and the castle. There was garden access for guests with barbeque facilities too. A lovely place to sit in the evening. The host was delightful. She treasures her building and loves to share it with guests. Breakfast was great and is open for longer than many hotels. Melnik is a beautiful little town, well worth visiting and this accommodation was perfect for us.

l`unico aspetto non molto positivo é a riguardo della persona di servizio che non parla neanche inglese quindi difficile comunicare, per il resto molto buono rapporto qualità prezzo.

Nie ten pokój, nie ta obsługa
Pokój nie zgadzał się z rezerwacją! Właściciel/gospodarz nie był w stanie udostępnić zarezerwowanego apartamentu, udostępnił dużo mniejszy pokój. Właściclel nie był poza tym w stanie zapewnić gwarantowanego w rezerwacji trzeciego łóżka. Długie rozmowy przez domofon (taka forma kontaktu z gospodarzem) były mało owocne. Gospodarz był wyraźnie poirytowany tym, że goście domagali się tego, co zarezerwowali i za co zapłacili i nie akceptują tego, co dostali.
