Where do I start? The check-in staff was not friendly at all. The back door did not open with our key card. The room was dirty, had something on the walls and the bedside table. The plugs on the lamp didn't work. The elevator was terrifying, like there was a fire? All the buttons were burned and melted. We heard gunshots in the night. All exterior trash cans were overflowing and there was trash all over the parking lot. The pool was closed and covered with tarps. They must use creative photography, because this is not a nice hotel, like in the pictures. Stay away.

Was disappointed with the condition of this hotel and property. It was chosen for its location. However, the back door was not kept locked, which created a security risk, especially at night. The facility itself needs updating! It was obvious that it has been a long time since the individual units have been taken care of. Breakfast was a disappointment. While there was gravy and biscuits and sausage, it was cold. There was no decaf coffee, and what was available, was cold. The desk clerk who checked us in was friendly and able to provide help with finding a good restaurant for dinner. Will not recommend this property to anyone until we know that it has been updated.

This property has gone completely downhill. There is no reason guests should be continually moved to different rooms because the fridge doesn’t work in one, lights don’t work in another, another is supposed to be clean but there’s trash and stains left from previous occupants. The air conditioning units are in a very inconvenient place and they need updating. Carpet is extremely dirty in all rooms. Very unsanitary for children. Very disappointing for the money spent. Will not make the mistake of paying for a room here again.

This property is in need of cleaning, updating and general care inside and out. Have stayed in about 5 laquinta and this was the worst. Had three points entry/exit with two being posted “exit only” making front lobby the only point of entry ( security?) very inconvenient for registered guests. Emergency use might had been, unnecessarily, difficult.Went into the Courtyard hotel next to visit friends and it was VERY clean and comfortable. Staff seemed ok except when the started vacuuming hallway outside our room at 7am..Probably won’t stay here again.

conditions of hotel look abandoned, but one staff member named Carter was very kind and helpful each day and that is something to look positive to. Place needs a lot of upgrades. But did like that there were food options not too far and walking distance.
