Okay for a nightPosted Aug 9, 2015
Pros: Quiet and pool.
Cons: Upgrade room, needs repair.
Location: Nothing around there, very secluded.
It is a little far away from everything. It is an older hotel in need of repair. For one night had everything we needed fridge, flat screen TV and free breakfast. Outdoor pool, pool table and games available for your use. Owners were very nice and the price was great.

Weekend Getaway in Killington!Posted Aug 3, 2015
Pros: Location Staff was extremely friendly and helpful
Location: Close to Thundering Falls, Killington Mountain, Pico Mountain, bars, stores, restaurants. You name it, you can get there easily from this location.
This hotel was in a great location. Very central to everywhere we wanted to visit. We spent our first day in the clean crystal clear pool. Found a great restaurant near by for dinner and the headed to Killington Grand Resort for a Rum Fest later that night. The owner suggested we visit Thundering Falls the next day, which was very close to the hotels location, and we are so glad he did! It was a nice walk and serene environment worth the visit. We headed back up to Killington to ride the gondala up the mountain and took some beautiful pictures. *FYI- check out groupon.com for great deal on gondala ride!

Hotel owners are so nice.Posted Jul 20, 2015
The owners accommodated my schedule by letting me check in an hour early. I had a wedding to attend, so I needed my room to change my clothes for it.

floor is too filthyPosted May 27, 2015 on Hotels
The hotel definitely needs major renovation. The floor is filthy. Dead bugs on the floor. I can't even imagine they can rent with such dirty floor. The layout is not too bad. They have large recreation area. Breakfast is below average. I wouldn't go back

Good dealPosted Feb 20, 2015
This is probably not the place for a romantic getaway, but if you are looking for a great deal close to the mountain, this is it. Short drive to Killington or Rutland, so you have options for dinner. Breakfast highlight is the waffles hot of the griddle and the main lodge is pretty cool with a dear head on the wall and a pool table. I would stay here again.

No frills, economical stay close to skiing.Posted Feb 17, 2015
We booked this hotel mainly for the price and its closeness to Pico/Killington ski areas. Yes, the rooms could use some updating and could be a little cleaner, but that would probably jack up the price. It was clean enough, the beds were soooo comfortable, and the included continental breakfast was clutch. The game room was also enjoyable for our family, something to do besides watch TV in the evening. The hot tub was closed due to the extreme cold weather, but if open, would have definitely been used after skiing! The owners were extremely nice and attentive, and even joined us in a round of table soccer - fun! A very adequate hotel for the price-conscious.

Great PlacePosted Oct 14, 2014 on Hotels
This is a wonderful little motel right around the corner from Killington and right down the street from Pico. The room is clean. The hotel staff is very nice. The lodge / lounge area is very roomy and comfy. Their breakfast is nice, waffles - orange juice, coffee, bagel, etc... There is plenty of room to hang your snow gear. Nice flat screen TV - and great heat that kicks in right away. I will stay here time and time again.

Inexpensive, clean, very nice ownersPosted Oct 13, 2014 on Hotels
We travel through here periodically and usually stay at the Killington Pico Motor Inn because it's very basic lodging that is always clean and inexpensive. The owners are very conscientious and cordial.
