“Friendly staff”

“Our hostess was very friendly and helpful. The property definitely needed sprucing up. There was much peeling paint, big water stains on the ceiling and the exterior looked very neglected. The bathroom was very small with a high bathtub that was tough to get in and out of. It was an old house, on a nice corner. But, we were a bit disappointed.”

“No pool as advertised, disappointed there was no lake view. Wonderful lounge, bar, dining area. Harbor Springs is a gem”

“We were hoping for a clean hotel boy were we let down. Upon arriving after looking at it we knew it was not going to be good. The front desk attendant was clearly on something. She kept dozing and swaying while talking to me. We entered our room and went to turn the air up and noticed the air conditioner full of mold! Not to mention the dead bugs in it. We went back to the lobby and the attendant had beads stuck all over her face from her head being in the desk. We checked out and asked for a……
