"This was by far the worst rental experience we’ve ever had. We booked this home for four days and were forced to leave in less than 24 hours due to how disgusting and unsafe the property was. The unit had clearly not been cleaned before our arrival — even the cleaning lady admitted this to us when she arrived after we were already there.There was filth everywhere: floors were grimy, surfaces sticky, and the bathrooms were unacceptable. "Checked in to our condo and there was someone already in our unit.....then we were sent to another part of the complex but it only had 1 bedroom. We ordered a 2 bedroom. We had a dinner reservation with our daughter and had to leave but I called the host to let them know we were in the wrong unit. Then he called back and said that someone actually was checking into the one bedroom while we were eating dinner ...total disaster. We had all of our personal belongings in there....I wouldn't not use...

"Clean (maybe garage could use a little attention), nice kitchen, very nice to have coffee there. Neighborhood is OK, but within close range of boarded up homes and businesses. Needs a lock box, leaving a key out is not safe. Needs some silverware (2 forks...)."

"Very peaceful and quiet place. Stocked with every possible combination coffee paraphernalia-pour over, French press, espresso maker and more! The second bedroom (which is more of an office with an option for blow-up mattress) has a super comfortable electric chair and is good place to watch TV. I was able to walk to Whole Foods in 20 minutes. Great place for one or two adults!"
