Not a hotel...

Posted Nov 17, 2015
Pros: The only good thing, location to the airport.
Location: Absolutely nothing, minus the airport.
This is NOT a hotel...by no means, way, shape or form. THIS IS A SEX MOTEL. There was no blanket just two pillows and a sheet. There was so much other human hair all over the place, it probably wasn't cleaned. I found a "comforter" missing a duvet cover and it has weird stains and hair all over it. Everything was dirty, the mirrors, the shower walls. They try to pass this off as a hotel probably to warn of the feds from busting the place. They even have a prostitution disclaimer on their website...so that should be a red flag. I think they think that by offering a "breakfast" they can pass it off as a legit hotel. NO WAY. They hand out condoms at the front desk...so there's that also. As a 23 year old young women, traveling by herself, I was very scared. I slept in my normal clothes and covered everything with my t-shirts, because I was so paranoid about all the random stains on the sheets.I didn't even sleep, because the lock on my door was broken, so I was afraid someone would try to come in. The cleaning cart never moved from the end of the hallway... Frankly, I can't believe that Expedia even offers this to people, I was highly dissatisfied. This needs to be removed ASAP.

Not anything like the pics online!

Posted Nov 7, 2015
Was first given a room that had electrical problems on top of that the room looked nothing like the pics online. They gave me another room that's I would have to use stairs to access it. However, my daughter was using a walker and was unable to use the stairs. There were no more rooms available and I was turned away! To make matters worse, I have been unable to speak with a manager. For weeks i have been calling and no one is available to assist me or to be refunded for this inconvenience!

very disappointed with amenities - staff

Posted Nov 2, 2015
Pros: nothing
Cons: everything, starting with manners toward clients.
Location: close to airport and I would have preferred closer to the port of miami as I was taking a cruise the next day.
The room was unfinished, had no chairs or drawers it had no hanging space. Nowhere to put luggage, had to put it on the floor. The room had a kingsize bed with 2 tiny pillows with a huge gap in the middle. Bed had no covers only sheets. Bathroom had 1 towel for 2 people, no washclothes, no kleenex. They offered complimentary continental breakfast........a wrapped croissant and yogurt and coffee with powdered creamer. When I checked out, I mentioned a couple of things and they didn't even acknoledge I was there and put there head down and continued their paperwork as if I wasn't even speaking. Very insulted. Will never go back and am very disappointed that expedia even has this hotel in their site.

Top and flop closeby

Posted Oct 28, 2015
Pros: Great room (315, we learned that the owner uses it once in a while), the best hotel bed I have ever slept in.
Cons: Lousy breakfast; nothing to drink except coffee, so we had to buy our own juice. No cereals, ony one kind of bread. Some days no cheese or no jam.
Location: Central location to go everywhere by car, but no public transportation nearby. Nothing to do in the direct neibourhood.
This hotel surprised me both positively and negatively. Pros: Great room (315, we learned that the owner uses it once in a while), the best hotel bed I have ever slept in. Air Conditioner working propperly, room dark enough not to wake up. Hotel Staff very helpful but tied to the rules. Cons: Lousy breakfast; nothing to drink except coffee, so we had to buy our own juice. No cereals, ony one kind of bread. Some days no cheese, other days no jam. WiFi only at public areas. Most of the rooms have their own garage (to hide...), but you need to carry your luggage up the stairs to your room.

Sleazy one nighter

Posted Sep 22, 2015
Bought this as an Expedia "unnamed 3 star special offer" and was displeased to learn that it was couples only (read for a night of s*x). Not the type of stay I was looking for. Did get a room with 2 full sized beds however this was definitely not a 3 star property. Internet was non functional. Didn't get clean towels/maid service everyday. This is not a property that Expedia should sell as an "unnamed special offer" as the hotel's niche is very specific.

Don't even THINK about staying here

Posted Sep 10, 2015
Pros: Near the Miami Airport, probably a good refuge in a hurricane, given the fact that there are no windows to blow out.
Cons: Just about everything; Facilities, amenities, staff.
On my arrival, the five police cars in the drive were my first indication of problems ahead. The reception staff told me the king room I booked was not available and tried to put me in a double room on the third floor (a walkup), but after FIVE trips up and down the stairs, back and forth to reception, I could still not even get in the room, as the key would not work, so asked for a refund and I would go elsewhere. They then found me a king room accessed from the first floor, through a garage. There is a LOT of turnover in this place, as it is apparently designed for cheating spouses to have afairs with some discretion; drive through check-in (really), garages with doors under the room, and a room with basically a bed and nothing else. Chair? Nope. Desk? Nope. TV that works? Nope. Window? Nope. Little things like kleenex, hand towels or a bathmat? Nope. The advertised bathrobes and espresso makers? Nope! Does, however, have mirrors on the ceiling and headboard. I didn't check to see what the hourly rates were. A concrete building constructed so that you cannot get a cell signal in the tiny windowless room, internet access is a joke, and the staff is obstructive and aggressive. "We can open the room for you; you don't need a key." Really? I never did find the "free breakfast". If you plan on spending your entire stay in bed with your girlfriend, hiding from your wife, not a bad place.

Very unconfortable

Posted Aug 31, 2015
Pros: Cleaning room was fine.
Cons: Breakfast.
Location: Anything interesting to do close the hotel.
Very uncomfortable hotel. Very difficult access from freeways. Any store or attraction sites close there. Breakfast very poor. There was a leaking from the roof when it was raining. Staff very low cooperative. Never will go back again.
