"Great Hotel with amazing location. The only upside is you have to pay an additional $35 for parking which is very weird considering other Hyatt locations don’t charge for their structure parking."

"Check was easy. I had to tell them about the free valet parking for VIP members. They had to look it up but it was resolved very quickly and they took it off my bill. "

"Only issue with property was parking structure. I know when it was developed the property included office buildings which share the parking structure. Poor design few times it took time finding my parking slot. Also I was caring my laptop, etc in the cold. Took time to find my car. Not sure the property manager can change anything, except better signage.for hotel guests with a map."

"After a bad stay last year, we booked a room this weekend because we forgot which Baymont was the one we had the bad experience at. Once we pulled in we remmebered. This time was completely different. The same people were working but they could not have been nicer or more accomodating with 4 adults (one of whom was 80 and doesnt get around well) and our 2 dogs. It was clean, convenient and comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again! "
