“They declined our reservation. Even though it was booked for FIVE MONTHS. No call ahead of time or no email ahead of time to make us aware of any situation. They somehow overbooked their hotel. Idk how that happens when your amount of rooms dont change. Poor excuse. Poor customer service.”

“I loved the look of the hotel inside and outside. The room was nicely decorated. The only 3 problems that I had were the beds,, pillows, and the bathtub. The bed was hard and the most uncomfortable bed I ever slept in at any hotel. I slept on all 4 pillows and it felt like I slept on 1. It was not the regular hotel pillows. The bathtub was dirty with hair in it, and when I stepped in, it made sounds that made me feel like I was about to fall through. I looked forward to a good night’s sleep……
