Starting about 6 days prior to this rental, I started contacting the host to find out what the check-in process was. I sent a total of 3 emails, none of which were ever answered. I also tried to call the number listed on the advertisement, but all I ever got was a voicemail prompt. I left 2 messages - the day before and the day our rental was supposed to start. I……
