"I like the all the staff at the front desk was very helpful. The lady that was cooking the breakfast was kind a rude. She was wearing headphones all the time. I asked her a question and she ignore me because of the headphones. I was trying to warm up my eggs and she just went in front of my and started to warm up the gravy so I have to wait like 15 minutes for my to use the microwave. She saw me standing there and she just look at me and ignore me. The young man that was cleaning brought it to her attention because he saw me standing there and she did nothing but beside that incident everything else was great. Great service for people with disabilities."

"The stay was great at the hotel. The restaurant was a different story. the waitress was either having a bad day or she should not be in the service industry. she ignored me while talking to a couple at the bar. The customer even said that I was waiting and she said, "yah, I know" but still didn't acknowledge me to say she would be right with me or anything. once she finally did take my order she didn't say anything just walked away. "
