This bi-level, luxury condo offers all the convenience and comfort of
home for up to four people. Downstairs, you'll find the living room
with cozy, gas log fireplace, dining area with table seating for four,
and the pass through, fully equipped kitchen. A small snack bar with
two stools provides extra dining space. A stacked washer/dryer is
located in the kitchen's utility pantry. The downstairs bathroom has a
shower (no tub) and is located off the entry hall. The entry hallway
also has a convenient interior door that opens into the attached,
single-car garage, where you can safely store your recreational toys.

Upstairs, you will find both of the bedrooms. One bedroom has a king
bed, while the second bedroom provides two twin beds. The bedrooms
share a Jack and Jill bathroom, which has a full tub/shower.

A private, outdoor patio, located just off the dining area, provides
the finishing touch to this luxury accommodation. Here, you'll find
lounge furniture, end tables, and an electric barbeque grill, perfect
for a cookout after a full day of Moab fun!
