Well-furnished beach house with all the amenities in Hither Hills area. Walk to Beach and Town and Bike to almost everything else. We are located approximately 1 mile from Town, and several blocks to private beach. House is cozy and clean with electric or propane fireplace in most rooms, and AC units for summer guests. Tons of light allows you to feel part of environment and if you leave windows open you can hear the Owl’s hoot and the waves crash on the beach. All beds are new and comfortable. This house is a 3 bedroom, two bath cottage with deck space and patio areas including a hot tub available to guest who book after March 23. The maximum number of guests would be 6. There is one king bed and two queens. This is not a party house or share house. We have been renting for 25 years and have many repeat guests. I make sure my guests are happy and comfortable.
There is an owner apartment (completely separate from the house) that I may use on occasion.

Air-conditioned accommodations at this vacation home offer fireplaces and safes. Rooms open to balconies or patios. Kitchens offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and cookware/dishes/utensils.
