Our stay at Cozy Comfy Cul-De-Sac Cottage was great. The house was very clean. There was enough space for four adults and a toddler. The neighborhood offers several amenities and is located in a great area.

Perfect Stay!!
We booked this property due to it's relative close proximity to The Woodlands where I was having foot surgery. The beds were amazing and the property came with everything we needed to make my recovery easy. The gated access to the community made us feel very safe, the community itself is super quiet, and overall it was a very beautiful neighborhood. Owner was very responsive and kept in contact with us...we literally had no issues with this stay. Excellent food/restaurant choices were nearby and it was easy ordering doordash. Would highly recommend this property if you're looking for a place near the lake or want someplace that is very quiet and relaxing.

Perfect 2/2 in April Sound
This was the 2nd time we stayed at this VRBO house and it seems like home. Cozy, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. A little bit of a walk to the clubhouse, but I enjoyed the walk. I have rented 4 different houses in April Sound and this one is by far my favorite. As MacArthur said, "I shall return."
