Ski-in/ski-out residence. This 20m² studio apartment for 4 people, located on the ground floor, features a south-facing terrace. Ski-in/ski-out access and direct access to the resort's ski lifts.  
  
The living area includes a pull-out sofa bed (2 x 90cm), a television, and a dining area.  
  
In the entrance area: two single bunk beds (70cm).  
  
The kitchen is equipped with four electric hobs, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, and a kettle.  
  
A bathroom.  
  
Separate WC.
