“Some of our group stayed at this Airbnb during our offsite in Portland and it was absolutely perfect. The location in Nob Hill could not have been better. The area is cute, very walkable, and felt safe at all hours. It was the ideal spot to grab a scrumptious morning coffee or enjoy incredible meals nearby. They are clearly aware of the issue because they had a noise machine by the bed. The most unfortunate part is that they agreed to let me leave the morning after first night and have chosen to not reimburse me for the other 4 nights. ”
