Great location for my needs and very friendly staff. Breakfast was great one day, eggs, hashbrowns, bacon and more. The next day the same expensive breakfast only had pastries and coffee. I don't like the mandatory addon fee of $35 which included this breakfast. I come to New York every three months, but I probably won't stay there again because of this.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had, especially being a in a major city. The hospitality from check in to check out was top tier. Staff is amazing and very helpful , the amenities are top tier , and the rooms were very elegant with a stunning view of Times Square. The Paradise Club, The Terrace, and Lobby Bar were all a very convenient plus and experience to add on to our stay . My only suggestion is to disclose ahead of time that the deposit will be $600 instead of the $120 I had been expecting prior to arriving. I already can’t wait to be back here as well as recommend to anyone visiting NYC.
