nice but to far from beach

Pros: plenty of room
Cons: the condo could be updated
Location: location was ok
4 seasons pool was closed, to far from beach we like the tower much better

The condo was clean and comfortable. The walls are a little thin, making it a little noisy at times. I imagine it would be pretty crowded in the summer but a great off season place to stay.

Everything was wonderful even including the price. But the carpet was in really bad shape

The horrible vacation

Pros: the only good thing was that it was near to the beach.
Cons: EVERYTHING !!!!!!!!!!
Location: beach,stores and shopping centers.
when arrived room was dirty,bedding was lousy, dirty dishes in sink, complained to front desk they did nothing. wanted to use indoor pool was told closed on a rainy day. We are handicapped and there were people not disabled that parked in handicapped spots.Would never stay here again.

Not a good fit for us. . .

As we went for bike week and was our transportation to Myrtle Beach it wasn't nice having to walk so far because you can only park bikes in one section. . .our room was nice a fee minor up keeps and dust was a lil heavy but pretty and the beds were nice. Make sure a bring toilet paper paper towels (none) and trash bags if you are staying any length of time what you have in your room is all you get. The paper we did have was left from last guest. . . Over all nice place but not for us not ever again. . .

Thank you for your feedback. We certainly appreciate our bikers. We do have separate parking for motorcycles. This is for the security of your vehicle as we do keep vehicles away from the bikes and a guard at the motorcycle lot to keep an eye on your bikes. This is exactly why so many bikers do stay with us. Nicely managed hotel near Surfside.

Pros: Quiet and Oceanside.
Cons: Rooms in my always need updating.
Location: We like surfside ,Walmart close by and my only 3 miles away.
Staff was very accommodating as we arrived 1 hour early.we were ocean view and it was beautiful. It was fall bike week but it was very quiet there. I think it was a nice hotel for the money.

Great beach location

Cons: Rooms are a little dated
Location: A lot of things within walking distance or we also found a place close by that rented scooters.
We enjoyed our stay immensely! A lot quieter and more relaxed then staying on Myrtle Beach! WalMart and liquor store across the road. Several things within walking distance as long as you don't mind walking. The gentlemen at the Security Gate were very friendly and helpful! There was also a housekeeper that we saw everyday that we enjoyed seeing, always had a smile on her face! Loved the onsite bar right on the ocean! Our room was kind of dated but we didn't spend much time in it! It was perfect for making meals and drinks though! We spent a lot of time in the ocean but also enjoyed the pools, hot tub and lazy river! Can't wait to plan our next trip there!

We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy the particular condo you stayed in. They are each individually owned vacation homes. We certainly encourage the owners to provide up to date furnishings and in room amenities. That is done of course to their personal tastes and budget. Due to the individuality of each condo, there is quite a wide variety of styles and quality levels. As a rental agent, we do have quite a bit of information and photos at our access as well as at your fingertips to assist you in finding the perfect condo for you and your family on each trip to the beach. Unfortunately, when you book through a third party you only get to select from available room types. With nearly 300 condos to choose from, we are sure that if you let us know what your wants and needs are that we can find the perfect condo for our next trip to the beach. Most of staff very friendly. Room not big enough for three people. Bunk bed mattresses like a rock. Not what I expected.

Best trip

When i got to the hotel it was after hours and the guard had me and my family all set no waiting. The resort had so much for my family to do we didn't have to leave. Great place for any family
