Quaint Cottage, great location
The cottage was clean and comfortable as reported. The location is excellent, we walked to town, and all around. I would call the house a cottage as it is relatively small and the decor etc are a little dated but cute. The one draw back was that it was like 90+ degrees and there is no AC. We opened all the windows and there were plenty of window fans available and overhead fans, and while it did cool down some at night, we were still hot and there really wasn't anything to do to get some relief. This was an extreme weather situation, and I would think normaly it would be fine, but for this particular week, it was a bit uncomfortable.

Amazing location
It was an amazing location but the cleanliness was definitely lacking as the sheets and duvet were dirty. We were given 1.5 toilet paper rolls for the entire 5 days as well for 4 people which was not nearly enough

Very cozy. Great location
This cottage is very small. It was a good size for three people, but may not be great for tall guests. We are all around 5'4" and nearly hit ourselves on the ceiling fan, and found the living room furniture a bit small. If you're planning to be outside much of the time, it won't be a problem. Furnishings are outdated and could use refreshing but everything seemed very clean- no issues there. Home is an easy walk into town if you're up for that. My mom who traveled w/ me walks w/ a cane. Home was easy to access with only a few stairs if you come in the back. We found it easy in April to get Ubers to pick us up.

Old Fashioned ACK Cottage
The listing is completely accurate! We loved them little cottage for our weekend in ACK for a wedding. It is nothing fancy at all. But, it served the purpose. My only suggestion to the owners would be to remove some of their “decorations” aka clutter through out the house. Lots of old fashioned decorative “stuff” everywhere and when you are in such a small home, it gets a bit tight. There is also old storage boxes on top of the armoire in bedroom - they should be removed. That is good space the guests could utilize.

Perfect location to get into town!!
The place was perfect for our group of four. It looks exactly how the pictures presented in the app. The house was a bit weathered and while we were aware there was no A.C. there could have been stronger and/ or more fans to circulate air throughout the house. Overall great experience nonetheless!

Great location and clean
The location of the home is walking distance to town. The house is very outdated but clean and tidy. The house is managed by VRBO so if you have questions about the property you do not receive immediate responses and several times they didn’t even respond back at all.

Weekend Get-Away
Quaint cottage an easy mile walk from downtown. Quiet neighborhood, and close to restaurants and shopping. Bathroom shower could use an upgrade. Instructions to operate the TV would have been helpful and appreciated. Would stay here again.
