“Excellent location. Very helpful and friendly staff.”

“Room is clean and cosy, Giangi is very helpful and professional, gave us all the information about Napoli, nice pizzeria and seafood restaurant near by, we had good time.”

“Clean room ”

“Wow, we loved this place! From the minute we arrived, over 3 hours before check in, until we left, the staff were incredible! It is new, clean, and has everything you need! The blow drier is the nicest I have used! There is even an iron, a nice surprise! A fabulous and relaxing feeling, a cute little balcony! Would definitely stay again!”

“櫃台幾乎沒有接待人員，入住拿鑰匙像在解秘密任務。 只能透過whatsapp跟旅館人員聯絡，很不方便。 床舖舒適，浴室乾淨。 旅館位於一般大樓內，若無房間鑰匙的話，搭電梯要投20cent硬幣。”

“I booked this mainly for the location as it was located right next to Napoli Centrale station. I just needed somewhere convenient to get in & out for 1 night. Room was clean and decent in size. Price was a little expensive, but I was OK with it given the above advantages.”

“Everything is good.”

“excellent service, but its a bit old and the environment around the hotel is messy & dirty. Only 5 mins walk to train station and 10 mins to the eatery/restaurant area. ”

“Charming hotel. Awesome location. The staff was amazing. We’d stay again.”

“The best experience in this year! We had two chihuahuas with us, They prepared a comfortable bed and dog bowl for my dogs, comfortable also for dogs, quiet area, easy to walk dogs during the night, safely, you can’t find somewhere better than smart hotel Napoli! ”

“地理位置非常好，適合會搭乘鐵路交通來來去去的旅客。櫃檯人員也非常親切！”

“Definitely a good choice to stay for one night or two. 10 minutes to shopping streets. We stayed in an elite suit. Comfortable, clean and roomy.”

“房間空間充足，設備很新耶很乾淨，整體而言非常舒適。”
