Communication with owner was excellent. Neighbors were a bit loud, but not intrusive. Plenty of amenities and supplies, which was perfect for our three night stay.

Great house. Very clean and looks as presented on-line. Traffic was very loud the 1st night of our stay but settled down the next several nights. People behind this house were also loud.

Very close to downtown - walking distance to places to eat. We loved that.
Lovely place to stay. A few times cars were loud but neighbors were friendly & nonintrusive. We have family in Franklin so it was a perfect location. We enjoyed learning the history of the home as well.

First time in Franklin
The house was really nice and newly updated. The girls loved the bunk beds and toys that were in the house. There were a lot of nice extras that really showed Katerina thought of everyone in setting up the home. It was in a convenient spot for downtown Franklin and would be great for a shopping trip. Katerina was really great with communication!
