“Authentic loft style accomodation in a quiet neighborhood close to amenities and historical highlights. Simple and easy parking and clear instructions for entry when we arrived. Had all the amenities we needed. Bedrooms large and each had a small desk and room to lay out clothing. Full length mirror was a bonus and both rooms had air conditioners and TVs. Kitchen setup was great. Great bathroom with adequate lighting, fan, and high water pressure. For anyone with mobility or knee issues you may...

“Excellent, clean property. It did need some more kitchen items (like a cutting board, more than three cups and plates, etc.). Also, not a deal breaker, but the tree in the backyard is infested with spotted lantern flies and they dripped honey dew (a maple syrup-like all substance they excrete). Our car was covered in it, and needed a car wash because the windows were hard to see out of. Still, the state of RI will take care of this. Other than that, excellent host, excellent stay. “The automatic information sent about the property was detailed and sent on time. I sent a couple of inquiries asking if there were extra towels or blankets and those inquiries went unanswered. The apartment was very clean and the sheets were soft. If you enjoy a hard mattress, this is perfect for you. Bed was too hard for me and I had to get up in the middle of the night to stretch because it was painful. Rest of my family also found the beds to be too hard to be comfortable. Soundproofing of...

“The place was clean and a nice apartment. We stayed only 1 night. Yes, there is traffic and you will hear it all night long, but it is what it is (if owner lists this, would you rent it?) The beds, for us, were so uncomfortable...too soft. But that's a personal preference. The ceiling fan made an intermittent noise that kept waking me. The towels were rough and felt like they were washed without softener. As others noted, there weren't enough towels and wash cloths for the number of guests...

“We had a very comfortable one-night stay and would stay again if ever in the area. Late check-in was very smooth, and we found the space clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything we needed. Getting heavy suitcases up the narrow stairway to the third floor (and trying to do so quietly during a late-night arrival so as not to disturb the neighbors) was the only thing we found a little difficult, but that was really nothing in the great scheme of things. Great hosts -- would definitely...

The bed and couch are both comfortable and laden with pillows, the towels smell great, and there are lots of little details to make you feel at home…from lotion in the bathroom to a tiny waffle iron in the kitchen. “This was a very clean property from the floors to the kitchen to the linens. It comfortably fit our family of 4 with two teenage daughters. The apartment is located on the third floor so we ended up just brining up essentials and not our suitcases. Communication was fantastic - sending all the info well before check-in. There is coin laundry in the basement. The parking is also wonderful and easy to access.”

“This review is strictly based on my personal experience staying at this Rhode Island apartment. The listing is accurate regarding what is provided: the unit was spotlessly clean, and the two bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen matched the description completely. However, the listing feels incomplete because key details about living in the space were left out.Slanted FloorsAs an older house that has settled, the third-floor apartment has a noticeable slant.
