The suite is located in the picturesque Marigny Triangle, 2 blocks from the French Quarter, 1 block from Frenchmen St. & 2 blocks from the streetcar. The building was recently converted from a warehouse that was used to make Mardi Gras floats, into modern Condos by its Architect owners. It features private parking (see house rules), cool private balcony, community courtyard, security systems w/ exterior cameras, keypad locks, 10 ft ceilings & a variety of coffee makers.
The Suite is 1,100 SF of modern space including 2 bedrooms with recently purchased new queen-sized premium hotel brand mattresses, 2 bathrooms and a sofabed. Enjoy a cup of coffee on your private balcony while watching the horse carriage rides go by. The balcony opens up to a cozy living room with a wall-mounted TV. Open concept kitchen with bar table and stools, 2-burner Cooktop, and Toaster Oven. One off-street parking spot is available for midsized cars only of a certain size and must be reserved with us in advance. If your car does not fit, there should be plenty of street parking with a permit we can offer but must coordinate 24 hours before arrival or parking accommodation is forfeited.

We are a husband (from Louisiana) and wife (from Puerto Rico) Architects who designed, built, and live at our property in which we rent out 3 STR units.
