Great place, awesome location
We loved our time at the Blue60! Chris was easy to communicate with, and the location could not have been more perfect. The room was great. Bed was comfy. Nice touches and a cared-for feel.

Close to trolley, grocery, bars, edge of french quarter. Also Frenchmen Street with restaurants, live music, bars. Very enjoyable stay. Owner met us at check in, went over neighborhood, reccommendations.

Great listing and host
My husband and I just stayed here and really enjoyed it. The patio/deck area was very nice and the hot tub was relaxing after walking all day. Will and Josh are amazing hosts. They made check in very easy and were very nice and helpful. Thank you!

The host could not have been any kinder, helpful, gracious, and accommodating!
We had a really bad start with the airline, but our host was very supportive and did everything in his power to make up for the airline. The location was safe, fun, and very clean. There was a lot of outdoor space we could use which was nice to sit in the mornings and have coffee.

The guesthouse was very nice. The owner lived on the premises which was great if we needed anything. Pretty much whatever a room needs, was there! He thought of everything! Beautiful outdoor garden garden areas to sit and relax in. Area was very quiet. The Frenchman Street area is a bit of a walk to Bourbon Street or Jackson Square. We’re both over 60 though, so younger people would be fine!

This is the place!!
Awesome, amazing...perfect. Joshua was the best host I’ve encountered. Accommodating, polite and made himself available at all times. Regret we didn’t stay longer. The location, atmosphere, property the suite...I could go on for days. I’ll just leave it as Perfect. P-E-R-F-E-C-T! Don’t pass this one up. Oh and Will was a saint. I was a bit of a mess going into this trip and no matter how many questions, requests, emails, errors I had made and all the assurance needed. Will had a delicate graceful approach in dealing with it. Thank you both. We are trying to get back out there ASAP.
