“We booked an ocean-view room, but when we arrived, we were given a room with mostly a garden view and only a very distant glimpse of the ocean in the background. When we complained, the manager told us this was an Expedia description issue and explained that the hotel has both “ocean view” and “oceanfront” rooms. However, the photos shown for the ocean-view room were misleading and did not match what we actually received. Expedia was also very unhelpful with our complaint and did not respond……

“A truly exceptional place to stay in Aruba. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff made us feel so welcomed and cared for. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to every detail made our stay feel incredibly special. Terrace on 10 was one of the highlights of our stay. The setting was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the sunset views were breathtaking. The staff were genuinely caring, attentive, and gracious, making the entire evening feel special and memorable. A wonderful……

“Love the ocean front room at the sea tower, and the pool there is great. All the restaurants were really good, just that the boat traffic on the oceanfront is so busy, it clouded up what should be crystal clear water so if you snorkel it’s hard to see anything.”
