“The staff were friendly and helpful. The Aquarius buffet was delicious! We enjoyed the casino and private island. We didn’t like the fact the in-room bathroom had a barn door which caused a lack of privacy. The fact the adult resort was literally separated from the other property was inconvenient. “The hotel is in prime location to all the local restaurants, bars, and shops. The grounds of the hotel are the most beautiful on the island and the pool is great for kids and you are steps away from the beach”

“The staff was generally very friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful. We felt safe on the property. Overall, my wife and I had a wonderful time. However, considering the Hilton’s resort fee, one should not have to pay an extra fee to get a palapa closer to the water. Also, most of the palapas did not have hooks on them, so our beach bag was out of view if we left it by our palapa. Lastly, beware of cab drivers overcharging from and back to the airport. This time we were charged $41 from……
