“Our third year in a row at this property and it was just as great as last year. Our room was recently renovated and they did a great job. Jonathan and Stefan at the pool bar are great. Gio at the beach bar is always solid and Sandra at the lobby bar is our favorite every year! Great staff and beautiful resort. We will be back I’m sure.”

“This hotel has a great location. Beach is nice. Water was nice as well. Housekeeping was very slow and unreliable. I wasn’t able to check in to my room until 5pm after arriving at 1pm. I don’t expect early check in, but I do expect the room to be ready by the 4pm check in time. I witnessed a child’s horror after digging a dirty diaper from the sand and watching poop fall out as he lifted it up. Staff is extremely ready to have every beach chair locked up by 6pm.
