Noisy Neighbors
The room was clean and as pictured. Communications with the hosts was nice and easy. A few things to keep in mind about the property; although it's only 0.4 miles from town it's down a very steep hill with no sidewalks so we ended up driving when normally we like walking. Also, there are multiple rental units in this house and the walls/doors separating the spaces are thin. The night we stayed there were a lot of noisy neighbors that kept us awake.

Great overnight stay
My husband and I were in town for a party nearby and stayed one night. The room was clean and comfortable, and romantic (as advertised!). I might want more space if I was staying longer but it was just fine for a night. One thing to note is to make sure you put the correct spelling of the address in your navigation.

Great outdoor spaces and a king size bed
This one bedroom, one bath suite worked for us for a weekend visit. It was quite close to everything in town but the streets are quite steep so we didn’t walk down. None of the nearby hotels or other listings had available accommodations with a king size bed. Check in was simple. The owner included thoughtful touches - a stocked coffee bar, tea, bottled water and sparking water. The refrigerator is only a dorm sized one, but kept drinks quite cold and fit our leftovers. The outdoor space is wonderful, but it is shared with guests renting the other portion of the house. There is a raised deck with both a sectional sofa and table for four - both in excellent shape. There’s also a fire pit in the back yard, a hot tub, and a porch on the far side of the house that we did not explore. We did not see or hear the other guests during our visit. We found the bed and bed linens to be old and not so comfortable. I would suggest if you are traveling by car, that you bring your own sheets and pillows. The shower was a great size and good water pressure. The suite is equipped with a window AC unit. When we rented, the online photos were incomplete. In addition to the bathroom, there is a second sink beside the coffee bar with plenty of space for travel toiletries as well as storage in drawers and a closet.
