"This is our favorite resort in San Diego, we return every visit. Staff are very friendly and helpful, property is beautiful with ponds, waterfalls, koi, birds and ducks. We love the location, on the bay and close to the beach. The property is a private oasis in the midst of the busy beach area. We enjoy the pool and arcade as well."

"House was clean and good location. Doors were very hard to get locked after opening, we had a few issues with TV, shower and air conditioning and it was fixed while we were there. A little disappointed that the dishwasher was broken, having to hand wash everything instead of throwing in the dishwasher. Other people were using the trash cans so ours got full fast. Had to spend time scrubbing pots and pans before using because there was crust stuck in them. They are not non-stick which makes it hard. They only had metal spatula's which i do not like to use on metal pans. Overall it was a nice stay."

"This was the perfect location with easy access to the beach and lots of good restaurants. The building was secure and the balcony view was very enjoyable. Sandi was great to communicate with as well. "

"The location of this property is awesome! It is steps from the sand and gorgeous view, and within walking distance from many shops, coffee cafes, restaurants, etc. Bedrooms and living area are spacious as are the 2 bathrooms. Plenty of bath and beach towels, which is always a plus. The garage is huge and great for storing beach gear and bikes. Check-in was super easy and host was very communicative with emails. In addition, upon arrival, the floors still had sand on them and host responded within an hour of my call and had cleaners out that day. Speaking of dirty floors, the topic of cleanliness is the downfall of this property. The blinds on all windows were filthy, many surfaces and corners of rooms were dusty, and there were a couple pans in the cabinet with egg coated on them still. It is a bit outdated and shows many signs of wear (some windows do not open, one of the bedroom doors was off its hinge, broken blinds in addition to being very dusty, etc). Sadly, the filth hindered our stay and we would return pending deep cleaning and a few repairs/upgrades."

"Spring Break with our 14 & 11 year old kids. The house had everything on the listing. The front bedroom was very comfortable and my kids enjoyed the 2 beds in the back bedroom. House was very clean and comfortable. The sofa has had a lot of use. We covered it with clean sheets and it was very cozy. Neighborhood is quiet and safe and peaceful. A short walk to almost anything you might need. Fausto is very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again. "
