On-site amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, a lazy river, a hot tub, a firepit, and a grilling area for afternoon barbecues. Begin each morning outside on the private balcony with some coffee, a sea breeze, and a view of the city around you. (Please note that while the building is oceanfront, this condo is not - it overlooks North Ocean Boulevard.) Inside, you’ll find a colorful, cheerful space with a modern kitchen and a small dining table. Entertainment options include complimentary WiFi and cable TV, but you’ll probably want to spend your evenings gathered around the firepit downstairs. An in-home washer/dryer and central air conditioning round out the amenities in this sweet spot. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina, LLC. Walking distance to many restaurants and grocery shopping. The hotel is oceanfront although the room faces ocean Boulevard. The pool was a lot of fun and right outside of the pool area was the beach. It was very handy having a washer and dryer in the unit.
