“Overall weak management and communication. Communication from the host was poor. Upon arrival the door code did not work and we waited outside for half an hour: messaging, calling and texting before host responded. Had advised in advance that we would be arriving late and with children. Offered an apology but no reparation for the crazy inconvenience. Both check in guidelines and check out guidelines were referenced in messages but not included until requested. Generally longer-than-typical……

“Great location with amazing views. The building itself looks a little old but everything worked well for us. Staff were friendly and there is a security guard in the drop off location who helped moved a big truck that was blocking the parking lot entrance.”
