"We throughly enjoyed our stay at Voco. The rooms are cosy but very clean and modern. The staff were super helfpul and the buffet breakfast is incredible. If you are planning on using public transport, the Surfers Paradise light rail station is right outside Voco - so convenient and easy to use!"

"The staff were very nice. The property is pretty old but still in good condition. Unlike most similar hotels, this one has a quiet A/C, such a relief. Overall, nice location, room was clean and inviting. Would recommend. It was a shame our stay was for only 2 nights. Will definitely come back. "

"The resort is world class. Food is excellent and the service is second to none. We had a small issue in our room and management immediately attended to the matter. "Great location, convenient for the beach, beautiful views of the ocean, friendly staff and clean & modern room. Would stay again for sure. One potential improvement though would be to consider placing a thicker blanket on the bed, it would save electricity needing to use the heating system to warm the space at night, and also to prevent an unpleasant smell of cigarettes coming through the vent at certain times of the day/night. Thank you for a fantastic stay otherwise!!"

"We stayed in a Twin Queen Bedroom. Room was spacious, looked recently renovated, had a balcony with a slim view of Surfers Paradise. Beds were comfortable and the gardens surrounding the property were immaculate. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Staff were very efficient and friendly. Entire property is extremely well maintained and handy that it is linked to Twin Towns Club."
