"Finally a high-end hotel on the Gold Coast that doesn't feel like old money. Everything is modern, everything has been considered. The rooms are spacious and functional, and the view are incredible. The restaurants and food are top shelf. My only complaint is that there is no uniform or name tags to identify staff. Particularly when handing you bags and car keys to someone at the valet. If you happened to be wearing neutral tones, someone would be asking you for help. Everything else is the gold standard for hotels."

"Good location. Hated the port hole window in the bedroom. It allowed light in room early in the morning. Hardly ideal for a holiday lie-in/sleep-in. The complimentary snacks were appreciated."

"Cannot get a better location than this Mantra. Smack bang on the beach, between two sets of restaurants and bars. We were stoked that the spa and sauna worked (watch out for that sauna - higher than 80 degrees! :) as often you are disappointed when you get a hotel, thinking that the resort facilities are going to be amazing - and they're not working. Not the case here! Lovely stay, heaps of friendly staff. Free parking included... It was absolutely great. Nicely appointed room, which would do you well whether you were staying for 2 weeks or just overnight like us. Will stay again!"
