Catch a sunrise over the ocean and then sit on the large, private balcony to watch the sunset over the bay. You’re minutes from the attractions lining Coastal Hwy., but with that gorgeous beach only a block away, you’ll probably spend most of your time with your toes in the sand. Northside Park, less than a mile away, features walking trails, tennis courts, and a playground, and you won’t want to miss the Sundae in the Park events on Sundays during the summer. Inside the condo, you’ll find an open, sunny space. The updated kitchen features all the appliances and counter space the chef needs to whip up favorite recipes, and the group can dine together at the table for four or grab a barstool to keep it casual. Watch a movie with the Blu-Ray player at the end of the night, or use the free WiFi to check on your social media pages. Can’t agree on what to watch? No problem – each bedroom has a TV as well. With amazing Ocean City memories waiting to be made, the only thing left to do is book. THINGS TO KNOW This condo is on the third floor with an elevator available. A double sofa bed provides extra sleeping space. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. The pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day until October, closing on discretion of property manager. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 3. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The sliding door is nearly impossible to open and the floor is coming apart. The kitchen was not well supplied. There were no cups or baking sheets, the only saucepan had no handle, and the frying pan was too damaged to use, but overall I would stay again. The blinds in the main living space are broken and pieces of them are everywhere in the space. the sliding glass screen door is bent and and difficult to move and close, the sliding glass door is extremely difficult to open and close as well. The blinds in the 2nd bedroom are also broken and the sunrise is right in your face. The air conditioning needs re-charged or fixed it was so hot in the place, and resulted in us having to purchase fans for each room during our stay.
