When we first got there the resort staff were very welcoming and friendly. When we got to our rooms they were better than expected, very clean, and a great view of the ocean. The in room liquor dispensers were a nice touch even though we didn't use them. Yes, the room we had 2 full size beds pressed up against one another to make a very large bed which was awesome.
The beach was very clean, no seaweed at all you could see the bottom, the sand was like powder, and there guys with a wheelbarrow walking around offering you fresh coconuts to drink. They would tell us to go ahead and go to the bar and put coconut rum inside. We did and it was great!
The place is very huge. There are several bars (one of which is 24 hrs) and several restaurants. The food was pretty decent but I would advise you not to get a large amount of an item at the buffet unless you tried a smaller portion of it. In my opinion there were a few food items that were kind of bland. But on the other hand several of the items were very delicious! Food was pretty much served or available between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. and the items varied from day-to-day. I enjoyed drinking the fresh-made fruit juices in the morning.
Overall my girlfriend and I had a blast! We chose to go here because we couldn't find any legitimate bad reviews of the place.
All the staff there we're kind and helpful, the jamaican liquor drinks and beer were unlimited, the food was good! The resort was beautiful!

My family and I had such an amazing experience at Hermosa Cove. It was like a private getaway. The Villa we stayed in was decorated, beautifully and very clean. The gardens and landscaping were spectacular. We couldn't help but relax. There was plenty of stuff for the kids to do as well. snorkeling, kayaking right, bird watching and more. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The food was delicious. We can't stop talking about how wonderful our trip was and can't wait to visit again.

"Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience."
The staff is friendly and attentive, always open to answering questions and offering suggestions as to surrounding areas where we might visit. There is easy walking access to a grocery mart, to a nearby beach, to several small eateries and take-outs, and to the lovely residential areas and panoramic views farther up the hill. The walk to the center of Ocho Rios takes 30-40 minutes, but there is much to stop and see along the way.
The hotel breakfast room is very comfortable, the breakfasts plentiful and delicious, especially the wonderful authentic Jamaican breakfasts prepared especially for the guests. The guest rooms are large, are washed and cleaned every day and are spotless. The large balconies at the front of the hotel offer relaxation to one and all, and respite during an occasional rainfall when one doesn't want to retreat to one's room. We also liked all the other hotel guests we met, and made friends with one couple with whom we also traveled around the island.

The staff is amazing. The food is just as awesome. It's the perfect place to get away and unwind with no distractions. If you're looking for a party resort or something with nightlife, this is not the place for you. But if you're looking for somewhere quiet and mellow with no kids and no noise and exceptional service, it's perfect.

We enjoyed Couples Tower Isle very much. Except for the Bayside Restaurant we thought the food was very good. We liked the size of the resort(medium sized) and the staff were friendly and their service was excellent. The location had very pretty views. The clientele was all ages and many were repeaters.
The best thing about this hotel is all of the included in the price activities. No place else could match the value of this.
The entertainment was nightly and good. The beach was constantly raked and cleaned and was a nice beach.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this resort.
